Competitive, based on experience About the Role We're looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of our facility. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help create a positive environment for residents and staff while making sure everything runs smoothly and stays compliant with regulations. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations across all departments to keep the facility running efficiently Lead, support, and collaborate with department heads, including nursing and business office teams Set goals, track performance, and use data to improve quality of care and overall outcomes Keep a close eye on key metrics through programs like Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Work with leadership to address challenges and continuously improve resident care and satisfaction Help manage the facility's financial health, including budgeting and overall performance Develop strategies to grow and maintain occupancy Represent the facility in the community and build strong professional relationships Run regular leadership meetings to stay aligned on priorities like census, compliance, and customer satisfaction Build strong connections with residents, families, and staff through consistent communication and visibility Jump in where needed—this is a team-focused leadership role What We're Looking For Active Nursing Home Administrator license (required) Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred) At least 3 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting (long-term care experience is a big plus) Solid understanding of long-term care regulations and operations A team-oriented leader who communicates well and leads by example Why Join Us?
