Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Meadowbrook Care Center, located in Northeast Cincinnati, is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team. About the Role As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical and administrative activities of the facility, including profit and loss responsibility and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. You will establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct an annual evaluation of goal achievement. Additionally, you will monitor monthly facility performance, recruit and hire staff, and maintain facility policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
