Abbington of Arlington is a 44 bed assisted living community locally owned and operated. As the Executive Director you will be responsible for complete oversight of the community and day to day operations.

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, company policies and procedures. Ensure adequate staffing and quality of employees Marketing and sales Communication with staff, residents and families Maintain budgeted occupancy and achieve financial goals Required Skills and Qualifications Associates degree preferred Two years Executive Director experience Sales and Marketing experience Management experience Senior living experience Competitive salary, bonus plan and benefits package available
