We are currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team and support the continued success of our community.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Support residents and team. Assist with daily operations. Maintain safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
Licensure/Certification:
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing home facility, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care in a supportive environment. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a culture of respect and communication while managing resources effectively. Valid Ohio LNHA Licensed Nursing Home Administrator License Strong knowledge of resident rights and regulations governing nursing homes.
Experience:
Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator within a Skilled Nursing Home facility. Experience in memory care or assisted living is highly desirable.
