Job Description

Searching for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for The Sanctuary at Wilmington Place in the Dayton Ohio. The Sanctuary has 63 SNF beds and 31 AL rooms. We are searching for an Administrator who is organized with proven track record of building census and promoting a positive work environment. Must hold an active Nursing Home Administrators license in Ohio. We are a not for profit organization.
Requirements:
Knowledge of state and federal regulations Communication and leadership skills Customer focused Ability to read and interpret financial results and budgets We offer competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefit package.
