We are looking for a passionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead and oversee compliance and marketing of a long-term care facility. In this role, you will be a driving force behind providing high-quality senior care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, census building and fostering a supportive environment for residents and staff alike. Duties Manage aspects of facility operations and compliance with state and federal regulations. Develop, implement, and oversee marketing and census building plans. Manage and assure compliance with life safety codes Contribute to and help with the development of personalized care plans tailored to residents' individual needs, including memory care and Alzheimer's support. Supervise ancillary and clinical staff. Lead efforts in resident engagement by fostering a warm, respectful environment that promotes dignity and independence. Coordinate with social workers, healthcare providers, and families to ensure comprehensive care delivery and communication. Take leadership role in Quality Assurance and QA/PI program, develop and work toward common goals. Monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of resident care and safety protocols. Lead operational management tasks such as marketing, life safety, community relationships Ensure compliance with licensing requirements of facility. Promote a positive workplace culture through effective leadership, supervision, and staff development initiatives focused on team growth and retention. Qualifications Valid license as a Nursing Home Administrator or equivalent certification. Experience in nursing home or long-term care management; prior work with assisted living or retirement homes is also highly desirable. Strong leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of Alzheimer's care techniques, and dementia support programs. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations related to senior care facilities across different jurisdictions. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage operations efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Financial acumen for budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control within healthcare settings. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or complex health needs is advantageous.
