Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Opportunity Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility in Kenton, Ohio. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing overall direction and oversight to our facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of excellence in resident care and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and direction for the facility Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations Oversee financial performance, staffing, and operational efficiency Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction Foster strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and the community
Qualifications:
Current Ohio LNHA license in good standing Previous experience as an LNHA in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to balance regulatory compliance with compassionate, resident-focused care
