Position:

Memory Care Supervisor We are seeking a dedicated Memory Care Supervisor to lead our Memory Care unit. This role is ideal for a compassionate and experienced nurse with a background in Alzheimer's and Dementia care. The Memory Care Supervisor will oversee clinical operations, ensure exceptional resident care, and support staff development.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff in the Memory Care unit. Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia. Monitor residents' conditions and adjust care strategies as needed. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Train and mentor nursing staff on best practices in memory care. Communicate effectively with families regarding residents' health and care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance residents' quality of life. Qualifications Active LPN license in good standing preferred. Minimum of one (1) year of memory care experience required. Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills. Previous experience caring for residents with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
