Summary As a Nursing Home Administrator at Heritage Village of Waterville, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing home facilities. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a compassionate environment that enhances the quality of life for our residents while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Minimum starting salary for the position is $110,000.00 annually; salary is negotiable based on experience. The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation. vaccines Responsibilities Manage the overall operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and service. Lead and supervise staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and professional development. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and safety. Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations regarding healthcare practices. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation effectively. Foster relationships with residents, families, and the community to ensure satisfaction and engagement. Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety and compliance. Requirements Currently a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Ohio Proven experience in healthcare management or as a nursing home administrator is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Knowledge of dementia care practices and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff. Ability to manage budgets and financial resources efficiently.
