Job Description

Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) H&G Nursing Home is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the facility. The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, financial performance, and a positive experience for residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily nursing home operations and clinical/service delivery. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and maintain survey readiness. Recruit, develop, and retain a strong leadership and caregiving team. Monitor quality, resident satisfaction, staffing, and financial performance. Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, physicians, and the local community. Drive a culture focused on quality care, accountability, and resident-centered service .
Qualifications:
Current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA). Prior nursing home/SNF leadership experience. Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills. Proven ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day operations effectively.
