Job Description Nursing Home Administrator Location:
Ada, Oklahoma Salary:
$95,000 - $115,000 annually
License Required:
Current Oklahoma Long-Term Care (LTC) Administrator License Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a skilled nursing facility in Ada, Oklahoma. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, staff leadership, and overall facility success. This position requires a current Oklahoma Long-Term Care (LTC) Administrator License. Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee all aspects of facility operations. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including Oklahoma Department of Health and CMS requirements. Promote exceptional resident care and quality outcomes. Develop and manage facility budgets, financial performance, and census growth initiatives. Recruit, mentor, and retain department leaders and staff. Foster a positive culture focused on resident satisfaction and employee engagement. Maintain survey readiness and lead successful regulatory inspections. Collaborate with physicians, families, community partners, and governing agencies. Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) programs. Ensure appropriate staffing levels and operational efficiency.
Qualifications Required:
Current Oklahoma Long-Term Care (LTC) Administrator License (Required) Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or Assistant Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state survey process, reimbursement, and healthcare compliance Proven leadership, financial management, and team-building skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Preferred Qualifications History of successful state surveys Experience improving occupancy and quality metrics Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement
Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary:
