About the Role As our Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you'll be the driving force behind the facility's success. Working alongside an engaged leadership team and supportive regional partners, you'll lead daily operations while inspiring employees, enhancing resident outcomes, and building a culture that people are proud to be part of. What You'll Do As our Administrator, you will: Lead the day-to-day operations of the facility with a focus on quality care and regulatory compliance. Foster a positive, engaging workplace culture where employees feel valued and supported. Partner with the Director of Nursing and department leaders to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes. Drive employee engagement, recruitment, retention, and professional development. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee budgeting, financial performance, census growth, and operational excellence. Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and the community. Lead survey readiness efforts and promote continuous quality improvement. Inspire your team through visibility, communication, and servant leadership. What We're Looking For Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the applicable state. Previous leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting. Proven success leading teams, improving quality outcomes, and driving operational performance. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for serving seniors.
