The Role We are seeking a visionary Licensed Long-Term Care Administrator who thinks outside the box. You will manage daily operations, maintain compliance, and lead financial performance. However, your primary mandate will be to disrupt standard routines and champion a warm, empowering environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities Drive Culture Change:
Overhaul traditional institutional practices to create a thriving, person-centered community.
Lead Operations:
Oversee day-to-day clinical, financial, and administrative functions of the facility.
Empower Staff:
Inspire, mentor, and build a motivated team aligned with our new vision.
Ensure Excellence:
Maintain high standards of care and full compliance with state and federal regulations.
Engage Families:
Foster transparent, warm relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
Qualifications License:
Must hold a current, valid Long-Term Care Administrator license in the state of Oklahoma (Required).
Experience:
Proven track record in skilled nursing or long-term care leadership.
Mindset:
A passionate changemaker who is willing to challenge standard industry norms.
Skills:
Strong leadership, deep regulatory knowledge, and excellent financial acumen. Pay:
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
