Regional - Multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee operations for a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities throughout Oklahoma (mainly between Oklahoma City and Tulsa). This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, quality outcomes, census growth, and employee engagement across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate is a proven nursing home operator with a strong record of improving facility performance while mentoring and developing local leadership teams. The successful candidate must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) with multi-site operational leadership experience. Position Summary The Regional Vice President of Operations provides strategic and operational leadership to a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities, ensuring each location delivers exceptional resident care while achieving operational and financial objectives. This individual will partner closely with each facility's Administrator, Director of Nursing, and department leaders to improve clinical outcomes, survey readiness, occupancy, employee retention, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This is a highly visible executive leadership position requiring frequent travel throughout the assigned region. Essential Responsibilities Operational Leadership Provide executive oversight for the daily operations of multiple skilled nursing facilities. Mentor, coach, and develop Licensed Nursing Home Administrators and facility leadership teams. Establish performance expectations and hold leadership accountable for achieving operational goals. Drive consistency in operational standards and best practices across all facilities. Lead turnaround initiatives and performance improvement plans where necessary. Clinical & Regulatory Oversight Partner with clinical leadership to improve quality measures and resident outcomes. Ensure facilities maintain continuous survey readiness and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Monitor Quality Measures (QMs), Five-Star performance, infection prevention initiatives, and resident satisfaction. Assist facilities during state surveys and oversee implementation of Plans of Correction. Foster a culture focused on resident-centered care and regulatory excellence. Financial Management Oversee financial performance across the region. Monitor budgets, labor management, census, payer mix, and expense control. Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability while maintaining quality care. Census Growth & Business Development Collaborate with facility leadership to develop strategies that increase occupancy and improve payer mix. Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, referral partners, managed care organizations, and community stakeholders. Monitor admissions processes and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates. Leadership Development Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing Administrators and facility leadership teams. Conduct regular facility visits and leadership meetings. Develop succession plans for key leadership positions. Promote employee engagement and accountability throughout the organization. Quality Improvement Analyze operational and clinical metrics to drive continuous improvement. Implement company initiatives designed to improve quality, efficiency, and resident satisfaction. Ensure facilities consistently achieve organizational goals and performance benchmarks. Strategic Leadership Partner with executive leadership to execute organizational growth initiatives. Assist with acquisitions, transitions, new facility integrations, and operational improvement projects. Provide regular operational updates, financial reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications Required Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license. Minimum of 5 years of multi-site operational leadership experience within skilled nursing or long-term care. Previous experience overseeing multiple skilled nursing facilities.

CMS regulations State survey process Quality Measures Five-Star Rating System Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement Labor management Budgeting and financial analysis Proven success improving census, quality outcomes, survey results, and financial performance. Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor leadership teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience leading facility turnaround efforts. Experience with acquisitions, integrations, or start-up operations.
