Position Summary As the Administrator , you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our licensed home care agency, ensuring exceptional client care, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with our leadership team and nursing department to support caregivers, clients, and continued agency growth. What You'll Do Serve as the Agency Administrator for Oregon licensure requirements. Lead the daily operations of a busy, growing in-home care agency . Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local home care regulations. Maintain agency policies, procedures, and quality standards. Lead, coach, and develop department managers, nurses, and caregiver teams. Foster a positive, accountable, and mission-driven culture. Monitor quality assurance and continuously improve client satisfaction. Partner with leadership to identify operational opportunities and solve challenges. Collaborate with state agencies, healthcare partners, and community organizations. Support recruiting, employee development, retention, and performance management. Oversee staffing operations to ensure clients receive exceptional, consistent care. Drive operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of compassionate care. Qualifications We're looking for a leader who combines operational expertise with genuine compassion.
