Volare Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to support our skilled nursing and rehabilitation operations throughout Southern Oregon. This leadership opportunity is ideal for a proven healthcare executive who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at operational turnaround and team development, and is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care. As an Interim Administrator, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight while ensuring regulatory compliance, financial performance, employee engagement, and outstanding clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and management of facility operations. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Direct and oversee admissions, census development, and marketing initiatives. Manage facility budgets, financial performance, and revenue optimization. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care. Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. Maintain survey readiness and support regulatory compliance efforts. Partner with clinical and department leaders to achieve operational goals. Oversee staffing, employee engagement, retention, and workforce development. Ensure the physical plant and environment remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained. Build positive relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners. Qualifications Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Oregon or ability to obtain licensure. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Demonstrated financial management and operational oversight experience. Proficiency with computer systems and healthcare technology platforms. Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, staff, physicians, and regulatory agencies. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and reference verification. Willingness to travel throughout Southern Oregon, including occasional overnight stays. Required Experience Completion of an Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program or previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or Assistant Administrator. Minimum of one (1) year of long-term care leadership experience. Proven success in managing skilled nursing facility operations, regulatory compliance, and team development.
