This is a full-time position for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys keeping operations moving smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily office and administrative operations Support intake, scheduling, and caregiver onboarding Track paperwork and ensure timely follow-up Communicate with caregivers, clients, and team members Help manage operational workflow and task completion Support leadership and agency growth initiatives Keep systems, files, and communication organized and moving

Qualifications:

Administrative or office experience required Home care or healthcare experience strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently Detail-oriented and dependable Comfortable with technology and office systems Positive attitude and team-player mindset
