+ Growth A well-established, high-performing long-term care organization in the Allentown, PA area is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead daily operations of a skilled nursing facility with a strong clinical team and solid reputation in the community. What You'll Do:

Oversee all facility operations including clinical, financial, and regulatory compliance Lead and mentor department heads to drive performance and accountability Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Manage budgets, census development, and overall facility profitability Foster a positive culture for staff, residents, and families

What We're Looking For:

Active Pennsylvania NHA license (required) Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Strong survey history and regulatory knowledge Track record of improving census, quality measures, and financial performance Excellent communication and team-building skills
