General Job Description:
The Restoration Home Manager is responsible for overseeing the flow and function of Greenlight Operation's Restoration Home in Harrisburg. The restoration home serves women who have been sexually exploited through human trafficking. This role will manage the daily household schedule and shift schedule, provide supervision at the restoration home, and Christian leadership to promote a healthy environment within the home. This role will also support the programming survivors are working through, which is overseen by the Restoration Program Manager. The Restoration Home Manager must model a healthy, Biblically-aligned lifestyle, and cultivate an environment of safety, dignity, consistency, and respect within the restoration home and amongst the team. Candidates for this role need to be highly organized, self-motivated, strong in administration skills, and experienced in team leadership. Candidates must also be willing to work in-person at the restoration home, collaborative within a care team, and a champion of Christ-centered care. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week.

CEO AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Programming Collaborate with the Restoration Program Manager to define the service set and service limitations at the restoration home. Ensure that the agency's mission, values, and beliefs are expressed at the restoration home. Ensure that restoration home staff and volunteers have the tools needed to successfully fulfill their roles. Monitor the program's effectiveness with the Restoration Program Manager and collaborate on changes. Oversee the referral, intake, and exit process at the restoration home in collaboration with the Case Manager, CEO, and Restoration Program Manager. Supervision Oversee the daily schedule at the restoration home. This includes overseeing proper coverage of shifts, resident schedules, and transportation needs. Oversee household chores, home cleanliness, room checks, and manage the quality of the household environment. Manage and record the restoration home's safety checks, tests, and procedures. Oversee the stocking of supplies and equipment at the restoration home. Develop, communicate, and enforce restoration home policies and procedures for staff, volunteers, and participants. Provide direct supervision to the Case Manager and Restoration Coaches. Ensure that the culture of the Restorative Care Team upholds the values, beliefs, and conduct of Greenlight Operation. Steward the funds of the agency. Ensure confidentiality of records, property, and conversations. Oversee compliance to the emergency response guide and communicate updates accordingly. Host weekly check-ins with direct reports and annual reviews. Facilitate weekly household meetings with residents. Coordinate trainings and professional development opportunities for the team at the Harrisburg restoration home. Reporting Ensure the Restorative Care Team is consistently and accurately tracking program activities, resident data, and interactions as it relates to the restoration home. Collaborate on assessments with the Restoration Program Manager. Prepare regular outcome reports for the CEO and the Board of Directors as specified. Equip the CEO and Director of Development with stories that communicate impact. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, social work, counseling, or related field required Master's degree in human services, psychology, social work, counseling, or related field preferred, but not required. At least five years of related experience Leadership skills in a team environment required Experience with management of a residential program preferred Commitment to Greenlight Operation's Statement of Faith Active engagement in a church community Knowledge of and experience with trauma-informed therapeutic approach and environment Willingness to learn about the field of service provision to sex trafficked women, with the characteristics of flexibility and creativity Experience with case management practices and recordkeeping Experience with problem solving, conflict resolution, and crisis management Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Able to manage priorities and workflow Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office applications Excellent time-management and organizational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Commitment to excellence and high standards Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with others Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions Alignment with the organization's mission and objectives
