Nursing Home Administrator Heritage Ridge Senior Living at Johnstown Our beautiful facility in Johnstown, PA is under new ownership is a skilled nursing facility, providing clinically sophisticated sub-acute care and rehabilitation, as well as comprehensive nursing care. Heritage Ridge is a 64-bed facility and is a part of the Continuum Healthcare facilities which operates six beautiful skilled nursing facilities in the tri-state area. The Nursing Home Administrator position is to establish and maintain systems that are effective and efficient to operate the facility in a manner to safely meet residents' needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
