Job Description

Nursing Home Administrator Heritage Ridge Senior Living at Johnstown Our beautiful facility in Johnstown, PA is under new ownership is a skilled nursing facility, providing clinically sophisticated sub-acute care and rehabilitation, as well as comprehensive nursing care. With extensive leadership experience in the nursing, sub-acute, and rehabilitative field, we have the resources and capabilities to provide the highest quality care through a full range of services. Heritage Ridge is a 64-bed facility and is a part of the Continuum Healthcare facilities which operates six beautiful skilled nursing facilities in the tri-state area. The Nursing Home Administrator position is to establish and maintain systems that are effective and efficient to operate the facility in a manner to safely meet residents' needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong leadership qualities Business savviness Successful track record At least 4 consecutive years as administrator on record at a SNF A strong ability to work independently
Qualifications:
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Pennsylvania Bachelor's degree in a related field Analytical and Financial Skills Must function independently, exhibit flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, families and support agencies. Demonstrates competence in leadership, tactful interpersonal communication and problem solving. Able to encourage residents to meet their potential. Familiar with Federal and State Long Term Care regulations and requirements
