We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our facility in the McKeesport, PA area. In this pivotal role, you will be the chief executive, responsible for all operational, clinical, and financial outcomes. This is a crucial opportunity to directly impact the quality of care provided to our residents while fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions, to ensure the highest standards of care. Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Manage the facility's budget, optimize resource allocation, and drive financial performance. If needed recruit, mentor, and develop a strong leadership team. Cultivate a positive and supportive work culture that promotes staff engagement, retention, and professional development. Act as the primary leader and public face of the facility, fostering strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local community. Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to achieve and exceed key clinical and operational metrics. Qualifications & Experience Current and active Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license, or eligibility for immediate licensure. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility. Proven track record of success in managing operations, improving clinical outcomes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
What We Offer Competitive Salary:
A highly competitive base salary range of $130,000-$160,000 per year, plus bonuses. Salary to commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
