Job Description

pch Has opened a search for an energetic, highly-motivated, and organized and goal orientated administrator to oversee the daily operations, provide leadership to our team, and develop and maintain census. Qualifications include but are not limited to:
  • A Personal Care Home Administrator license in the state of PA ( prefer 2+ year in an administrative role)
  • Previous experience in marketing and census development
  • Demonstrates administrative ability and supervisory capabilities in leadership
  • Ability to create, promote and maintain an atmosphere where all staff feel engaged and that they are a contributing and integral part of the community
  • Ability to perform a variety of duties and responsibilities related to industry standards to meet the health, welfare and safety needs of our residents.
  • Excellent oral and written communication

Maintain CPR/AED Certification and Personal Care CEU's Job Type:
