We are seeking a full time Personal Care Home Administrator to lead our team in Orwigsburg, PA! You will coordinate medical and health services, help us foster an Integrated Care approach, and implement memory care and cognitive retraining programs for our residents. Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of care Plan and coordinate all services for residents in conjunction with multi-disciplinary team Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to implement appropriate programs Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures Work well with community-based programsQualifications:
