Nurse Practitioner - Palliative Care

The Rose Program is looking for a Palliative Nurse Practitioners to join our growing practice caring for patients in long term care facilities, ALF's and hospitals. Nurse Practitioner Duties Contributes to effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range geriatric patient care issues that must be addressed; recommending options and courses of action. Assesses patient health by interviewing patients; performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories.. Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
