Job Description

Personal Care at Evergreen is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results-driven Executive Director to oversee the daily operations of our Personal Care Home. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and a positive work environment for our dedicated team.
T90he ideal candidate is an inspiring leader who is passionate about serving older adults, developing staff, and maintaining a culture of dignity, respect, and excellence. Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations of the Personal Care Home. Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Lead, mentor, and support department managers and staff. Maintain high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction. Manage budgeting, financial performance, occupancy, and census growth. Recruit, hire, train, and retain quality team members. Foster positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral sources, and community partners. Respond professionally to resident and family concerns while promoting exceptional customer service. Coordinate with department leaders to ensure efficient and effective operations. Promote a positive, resident-centered culture focused on quality of life. Qualifications Personal Care Home Administrator license (Required). Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a personal care home, assisted living, long-term care, or senior living community. Strong knowledge of state regulations and survey readiness. Experience managing budgets, staffing, and occupancy goals. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate teams and build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff. Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
