Job Description

LNHA Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Join our team, where our mission is to deliver exceptional care through excellence, accountability, and compassion. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LNHA Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at our Williamsport, PA location. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing home facility, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and service.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative leadership and direction to the nursing home staff, including management of day-to-day operations, human resources, and budgeting. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. Collaborate with our medical team to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents. Foster a positive and respectful work environment that promotes open communication, teamwork, and staff development. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction. Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting, planning, and controlling expenses to achieve financial goals.
Requirements:
Current licensure as an LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) in the state of Pennsylvania. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting, with a strong background in administration or management. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence in care and service. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders, including residents, families, staff, and external partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
