some onsite work required. Office/Field oversight as needed. Position Summary The Administrator is responsible for the daily management and regulatory oversight of Caring Hearts In-Home Care. This position ensures the agency operates in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while delivering high-quality, client-centered services. The Administrator oversees staffing, service coordination, documentation, and quality assurance to ensure safe, effective, and ethical home care services. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management Oversee daily agency operations and service delivery Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet client needs Supervise care coordination, scheduling, and caregiver performance Monitor client service plans and care delivery Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with all applicable home care licensing regulations Maintain required records, policies, and documentation Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections and surveys Oversee incident reporting and corrective action processes Quality Assurance Implement and monitor quality improvement activities Review client records for accuracy and completeness Investigate client complaints and service issues Promote high standards of care and service consistency Staff Supervision & Development Recruit, hire, and oversee agency staff in collaboration with leadership Provide orientation and ongoing training oversight Conduct performance evaluations Address employee concerns and corrective actions Client Services Oversight Ensure care plans are developed and followed appropriately Monitor client satisfaction and service outcomes Serve as a point of contact for escalated client or family concerns Administrative Responsibilities Maintain employee records and credentials Oversee scheduling systems and documentation processes Coordinate with payroll, billing, and HR functions as needed Ensure confidentiality of client and employee information Qualifications Experience in home care, healthcare, or human services administration Knowledge of home care regulations and compliance standards Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and problem-solve effectively Preferred Background Prior experience as a home care administrator or supervisor Training in healthcare administration or related field Experience with quality assurance and regulatory surveys Physical & Work Requirements Ability to travel locally to client homes or meetings as needed Ability to perform office-based administrative duties Performance Expectations Maintains agency compliance with regulations Ensures consistent, high-quality client care Maintains organized documentation systems Supports a professional and collaborative work environment Responds promptly to operational issues
