Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Home Service Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our home service operations, ensuring seamless office management, efficient scheduling, and exceptional communication with clients, vendors, and team members. Duties Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling for home service appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely service delivery Oversee vendor management by maintaining strong relationships, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development to enhance team performance and office efficiency Handle front desk responsibilities including multi-line phone systems, greeting visitors, and managing phone etiquette with professionalism and warmth Maintain accurate records through filing systems, bookkeeping, and document management related to client files, payroll, and office supplies Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, managing time-off requests, and assisting with payroll processing Coordinate event planning for team meetings or client events to foster community engagement and professional growth Manage office supplies inventory, oversee budgeting activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Experience Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a medical or home services environment is highly preferred Supervising experience demonstrating leadership in managing teams or projects effectively Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping, payroll processing, and budgeting tasks Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules efficiently using calendar management tools Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and maintaining professional relationships Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a focus on phone etiquette and customer service excellence Familiarity with medical office management or healthcare-related administrative procedures is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and multi-line phone systems with accuracy Prior experience in event planning or coordinating training & development sessions is advantageous Join us as a Home Service Office Administrator to be at the heart of our operations!
