Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Interim Assisted Living Director to lead our assisted living community with energy, expertise, and a commitment to excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care, and maintain compliance with long-term care regulations. Your leadership will foster a warm, safe environment where residents thrive and staff feel motivated and supported. Duties Provide strategic leadership to ensure the smooth operation of the assisted living community, including supervising staff and managing daily activities. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans that address residents' unique needs. Oversee medication administration processes in accordance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local health regulation policies related to long-term care facilities. Lead efforts in staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and competent team. Foster positive relationships with residents' families and coordinate communication regarding care plans and community updates. Maintain accurate documentation of resident records, incident reports, and regulatory compliance reports. Promote a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement within the community. Qualifications Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home management with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations. Background in nursing or healthcare administration with nursing leadership experience preferred. Hands-on experience with developing care plans tailored to residents' individual needs. Familiarity with medication administration protocols and healthcare compliance standards. Excellent communication skills for engaging residents' families, staff members, and regulatory agencies.
