Manages staff, recordkeeping, billing, finances, and other administrative work for a home health care program, where aides assist clients with personal, household and some health-related services in their homes.
You are a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a BSN and RN experience, seeking an intellectually stimulating new challenge. You possess a deep understanding of long-term care operations and patient safety . Robson Forensic will train you to be a forensic expert. As a Nursing Home Administrator Forensic Expert , you will: Investigate cases within long-term care facilities. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.S.N.); Master's degree is a plus.
Certifications :
Active Nursing Home Administrator & RN licenses; CWON and/or WCC certifications are preferred
Experience :
5+ years of broad and current nursing home administrative and operational experience in a Long-Term Care Residential Facility (DON, RNAC, WCC, and DWC a plus) and 10+ years of clinical RN experience , especially in pressure injury prevention; teaching/precepting experience is preferred. Additional Experience a
Plus :
Assisted Living, Independent Living, Group Home, Correctional medicine and/or EMT experience.
Skills :
Exceptional analytical and communication skills (written & verbal).
Work Style :
Approximately 20% travel for inspections; the remainder is focused on analysis and report drafting, working independently and as part of a collaborative team. Prior forensic experience is not required. We seek professionals eager to apply their deep industry knowledge to a challenging new domain . You must have a clean background screen, a driver's license, and the ability to drive.
