Executive Director Job Summary:
East River Nursing and Rehab, a leading provider of exceptional healthcare services, is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team in Anderson, South Carolina. As our Executive Director, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents, employees, and the community. Executive Director Responsibilities:
Serve as the on-site executive, acting as the primary contact for all staff, residents, prospects, community organizations, government agencies, and the public Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives Collaborate with the Resident Care Director to ensure compliance with care regulations and support the resident care program Develop and implement a retention program with existing residents to achieve high renewal rates Provide leadership to staff and residents, proactively resolving problems and issues Oversee hiring, promotions, disciplinary actions, and termination of employment, prioritizing consistency and quality in personnel selection and retention Maintain buildings, grounds, and property through preventative maintenance systems and frequent inspections
Executive Director Qualifications:
Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator Must be licensed in South Carolina SC Proven ability to empower teams and retain staff Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in marketing to the community
