Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Senior Living Residential Care Facility (CRCF) Administrator to lead our care team and oversee daily operations. In this vital role, you will ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, manage staff, develop care plans, and uphold residents' rights. Your leadership will foster a positive environment where quality care and exceptional service thrive. Duties Oversee the daily operations of the residential care facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Manage staff recruitment, supervision, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-quality care team. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for residents, emphasizing dementia and other specialized needs. Ensure compliance with South Carolina state and federal health regulation policies related to long-term care and assisted living standards. Maintain accurate documentation including medication administration records, resident files, incident reports, and regulatory reports. Uphold residents' rights by promoting dignity, autonomy, and personalized care in accordance with legal standards. Oversee financial management including budgeting, healthcare financial oversight, and resource allocation to support operational excellence. Oversee resident recruitment efforts and keep facility at high (94%+) census at all times. Experience Proven management experience in nursing home administration or senior living facility leadership. Extensive nursing home experience with a strong understanding of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, and resident-centered approaches. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing multidisciplinary teams within long-term or residential care settings. Knowledge of health regulation policies governing assisted living facilities and long-term care regulations. Familiarity with healthcare financial management including budgeting and resource planning. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in home & community care environments is highly desirable.
