What You'll Do Lead the daily operations of a well-established skilled nursing community Partner with clinical and department leaders to maintain exceptional resident care Build and strengthen referral relationships throughout the local healthcare community Develop strategies to increase census and enhance community reputation Support recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives for staff Maintain regulatory compliance and continue a strong record of quality outcomes Monitor financial performance while driving operational excellence Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and resident satisfaction What We're Looking For Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness Business mindset with experience growing census and referral partnerships Acute care or hospital-related experience is a plus Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Collaborative leadership style with the ability to work across departments Passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting team success Why Join Our Team?
