Full-time Nursing Home Administrator Job Summary:
Heritage Place Care & Rehabilitation, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our operations in Winchester, TN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing exceptional care to our patients. Principal Responsibilities:
Acts as the Compliance Officer for the facility, ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, and company regulations and policies. Oversees the completion of forms, reports, etc., including State licensure reports, monthly financial reports, Public Health or Department of Labor surveys, plans of correction, responses to corporate requests, and replies to patients' council, and others as needed. Ensures that all practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner and that all Standard of Care and service provided is of the highest quality. Maintains current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations. Maintains neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of experience in the healthcare field Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred State certification as required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care Dependability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
