All Department Heads Position Summary Gemini Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the overall operations of our skilled nursing facility in Arlington, Texas. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and a positive workplace culture while leading all department heads and facility operations. Strong knowledge of skilled nursing, long-term care regulations, and healthcare operations. Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting. Excellent communication, financial management, and team-building skills. Key Responsibilities Direct all facility operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Partner with department leaders to establish and monitor quality and performance goals. Drive census growth and occupancy strategies to support the facility's financial success. Lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care and customer satisfaction. Conduct and facilitate leadership meetings focused on operational, clinical, and financial performance. Develop and manage facility budgets in collaboration with department heads. Maintain survey readiness and oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements, including OSHA and health inspections. Foster relationships with physicians, consultants, community partners, residents, and families. Ensure timely implementation of corrective action plans related to regulatory surveys.
