Job Description

Nursing Home Administrator Hillview Nursing & Rehab - Goldthwaite, Texas TGR Healthcare TGR Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator for Hillview Nursing and Rehab. The ideal candidate must hold a current Texas Nursing Home Administrator license and possess strong leadership skills with experience managing skilled nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and team development. At TGR Healthcare, we promote strong independent leadership at the facility level to drive quality patient outcomes and maintain a dependable and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
Current Texas Nursing Home Administrator license required Thorough knowledge of nursing home regulations and standards Ability to manage all aspects of state and federal survey processes Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Knowledge of budgeting, expense management, revenue enhancement, marketing initiatives, special care programs, and ancillary service management
Responsibilities:
Oversee the total operation of the facility while ensuring compliance with company standards and local, state, and federal regulations Implement company policies and procedures while maintaining facility-specific policies aligned with regulatory guidelines Recruit, orient, develop, and retain professional staff Supervise facility business operations including admissions, ancillary services, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and related administrative functions Build and lead an effective interdisciplinary management team to support daily operations Develop and maintain ongoing staff development and training programs Ensure quality patient care and operational excellence throughout the facility This role offers an opportunity to lead a skilled nursing facility while making a meaningful impact on resident care and team success.
