At Avir at Paluxy , we're building something special. We're looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who is passionate about people, quality care, and growing a thriving community. This isn't a "keep the lights on" administrator role. We're looking for someone who wants to build an outstanding culture, drive occupancy, develop leaders, and create a building that employees are proud to work in and families are proud to choose. What You'll Do Lead daily operations with energy and accountability. Build and develop a high-performing leadership team. Drive census growth and outstanding customer service. Ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining exceptional clinical outcomes. Manage budgets, labor, and financial performance. Create a positive culture where employees feel valued and supported. Partner with our regional team to remove barriers and move fast.
