This is a unique opportunity for a leader who enjoys knowing residents by name, building meaningful relationships with families, and creating a culture where both residents and team members feel valued.

The ideal candidate:

Has leadership experience as Assisted Living Director Leads with both compassion and accountability Is comfortable making decisions and solving problems Communicates well with families and team members Takes pride in creating a safe, clean, welcoming environment Understands that great senior care starts with great relationships

What You'll Do:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our 32-bed assisted living cottage Lead, coach, and hold the care team accountable Ensure residents receive exceptional, individualized care Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and staff Monitor resident needs and ensure appropriate follow-up when needs change Maintain compliance with state regulations and community policies Support staffing, scheduling, training, and team development Help create a positive, respectful, and family-like community culture If you're ready to lead a community where residents centred care is a priority, we look forward meeting you!
