We are seeking a dedicated, hands-on Assisted Living Manager to lead daily operations within a warm, resident-centered assisted living environment. This role is ideal for a compassionate leader who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves—providing direct care support when needed while ensuring high-quality service and compliance. Position Overview The Assisted Living Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring residents receive exceptional care in a safe, engaging, and well-managed environment. This is a working manager role , requiring occasional caregiving responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the assisted living community Supervise staff and ensure quality resident care and services Step in as a caregiver when needed (hands-on support required) Maintain compliance with state regulations and company standards Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Conduct tours for prospective residents and families Participate in marketing and community networking efforts Handle documentation, reporting, and administrative duties Provide 24/7 oversight and respond to on-call needs Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry (preferred) At least 1 year of recent caregiving experience (required, no restrictions) CNA or Medical Assistant certification preferred High school diploma (proof required) Excellent writing, spelling, and communication skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Proficient in typing and use of office/administrative equipment Ability to lead by example and work hands-on with residents Schedule Monday-Friday On-call with 24/7 oversight responsibilities Weekends and after-hours as needed Requirements (Within First 30 Days)
