Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a brand-new facility. Top candidates will have experience opening a new skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents while managing staff, budgets, and compliance with regulations. This role requires a strong leader who is passionate about senior care and committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Responsibilities Oversee the overall operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality care and operational efficiency. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a skilled workforce. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for residents. Ensure effective communication between residents, families, and staff regarding care plans and services. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and resource allocation, to ensure sustainability. Foster a positive environment that promotes resident engagement and satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and home community care. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in operations management. Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices in senior care. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Candidate will be responsible for hiring other team members to start facility. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff.
