Implementing engaging programing specifically catered to the needs of residents living with dementia Supervising caregiving team working in the Memory Care community Works closely with Director of Wellness to ensure resident safety and quality of care and reports any concerns Participates in leader on duty rotation Reports resident safety concerns to Executive Director and Wellness Director Join us today if you meet the following requirements : Highschool diploma or
GED 2 - 3
years as a Memory Care Director at an Assisted Living/Memory Care Community Extensive knowledge of Alzheimer's disease and other related forms of dementia Experience in addressing and responding to the unmet needs of individuals living with dementia Exceptional teambuilding and leadership skills Knowledge of the state regulations and compliance management Effective communication skills Strong financial judgement Maintains basic knowledge of computer software and internet platforms, including email.
