This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a person‑centered environment, understands dementia care deeply, and can maintain regulatory excellence with Texas HHSC standards. Duties Lead daily operations of the Memory Care neighborhood with a hands‑on, supportive leadership style. Ensure high‑quality care aligned with individualized service plans (ISPs) and physician orders. Oversee Med Techs and caregivers, including training, delegation, coaching, and performance management. Maintain HHSC compliance, documentation accuracy, and incident reporting standards. Conduct assessments, monitor changes of condition, and coordinate with families and providers. Create and oversee meaningful engagement programming tailored to cognitive levels. Build strong relationships with families through communication, care conferences, and support. Partner with the Executive Director and Director of Operations on audits, staffing, and workflow improvements. Requirements Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long‑term care (2-3 years preferred). Strong knowledge of dementia care practices and Texas ALF/MC regulations. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and support staff. Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills. CNA, CMA, LVN, or RN preferred (not required depending on community structure). Must meet all Texas ALF training requirements and pass background checks.
