In this vital role, you will champion quality care, foster a safe and nurturing environment, and ensure the smooth functioning of all aspects of home management. Your leadership will directly impact residents' well-being, independence, and happiness, making a meaningful difference in their lives. Duties Supervise and coordinate staff to deliver exceptional care aligned with individual care plans and resident needs Oversee medication administration, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized care plans for residents with conditions such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease Manage daily operations including budgeting, resource allocation, and maintaining compliance with licensing requirements Foster positive relationships with residents' families, healthcare providers, and community partners to support holistic care Lead staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations to build a motivated team Monitor resident safety and comfort by conducting regular facility inspections and responding promptly to any concerns Requirements Proven experience in assisted living, nursing home environments, or group home management with a strong understanding of senior care and memory care practices Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising staff in long-term care or home & community care settings Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, medication management, and development of individualized care plans Strong operational acumen including budgeting, financial management, and compliance with health regulations Excellent communication skills for engaging residents' families, team members, and external healthcare professionals Ability to handle emergency situations calmly while ensuring resident safety and well-being Relevant certifications such as nursing license (RN), social work credentials, or state-specific caregiver licenses are highly desirable Join us in leading a dedicated team committed to enriching lives through compassionate care.
