Williamsburg, Virginia Hiring Range $68,000.00
  • $93,500.
00/Annual Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs. Responsible for the strategic planning, daily operations, staffing, budgeting, quality improvement, resident satisfaction, financial management and regulatory compliance of the assisted living facility. Develops and maintains programs for the enrichment, safety, and health of assisted living residents . Accountable for the survey process and results. Oversees daily operations for compliance with regulatory and organizational expectations. Oversees resident care provided on site as well as assist with coordination of health care services in the greater community. Completes UAI's, ISP's, and other resident related documentation. Manages quality data for continuous quality improvement projects. Meets with residents and resident family members on a routine basis individually and in group meeting settings. Oversees biannual customer service survey process. Manages staff to include hiring, coaching, counseling, coordination of training, terminating, and scheduling to budget. What you will do Completes UAI's, ISP's, and reviews medical records for potential residents. Ensures the facility/department is in compliance with applicable regulatory statutes, standards of care, job performance and competency standards. Facilitates department meetings to ensure employees are informed on facility & regulatory expectations and goals. Meets with residents and/or responsible party in one on one meetings or group meetings/councils. Continuously improve the delivery and outcomes of comprehensive, quality, personalized patient/customer care economically and in accordance with patient safety standards, standards of excellence and the Riverside Code of Conduct. Coordinates the activities of Assisted Living with other departments in the development of resident care programs, policies, and procedures to assess, evaluate, and meet the needs of residents receiving care. Qualifications Education Bachelors Degree, (Preferred) Experience 1 year Recent administrative or supervisory experience (Preferred) Skills and Abilities Bachelors degree or 5 years of commensurate experience Upon Hire (Required) Licenses and Certifications Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
