Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our long-term care facility with energy, compassion, and expert management. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with health regulations and policies, and foster a positive environment for residents and staff alike. Duties:
Financial Management Quality Management Human Resource Management Physical Plant Management Marketing & Community Relations Familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with Center staff and customers.
Qualifications:
Valid license as a Nursing Home Administrator in accordance with state or regional requirements Proven experience in nursing home administration or healthcare facility management with a focus on long-term care settings Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in senior living or residential care homes Familiarity with healthcare financial management, budgeting, and operational efficiency strategies Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks and documentation Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with residents' families, staff members, regulatory agencies, and community partners Background in social work or healthcare management is advantageous but not required

$160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
