We're looking for a Wellness Director to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional care while leading and inspiring a dedicated staff. If you're passionate about senior care, leadership, and creating a positive impact every day — we want to hear from you! Position Summary As the Wellness Director , you will oversee the Wellness Department and champion a safe, homelike environment where residents can achieve their highest level of wellness and independence. You'll combine clinical expertise with strong leadership to support residents, families, and staff—while ensuring compliance, quality care, and operational excellence.
