Job Description:
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assisted Living Director to lead daily operations at our well-established community. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about providing high-quality care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operations of the assisted living community Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Lead, mentor, and manage staff to maintain high performance and morale Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve care and services Manage budgets, staffing, and operational efficiency Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners Ensure exceptional resident care and satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Assisted Living Director or similar leadership role Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and compliance standards Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
