Job Description

✨ Join our team ✨ The Manager of Assisted Living is a position that provides leadership and oversight of the clinical and administrative duties of the assigned Assisted Living. The Manager is part of the leadership team of Oakridge Gardens and assists in the promotion of high-quality care and maintaining a positive environment. The employee will have a dual reporting structure, reporting to both the Administrator of Oakridge Gardens for administrative responsibilities, and the Director of Nursing of Oakridge Gardens for clinical responsibilities.
License:
Certified CBRF Administrator, with LPN License a plus but not required
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience. Experience in Assisted Living and knowledge of state regulations preferred.
Essentials Functions :
  • Oversight of housekeeping/facilities/supplies
  • Oversight of finances for operations
  • Identifies, reports, and documents incidents and accidents; participates in the investigation of incidents and accidents as necessary. Reports to DQA/State
  • Conducts resident admissions, transfers, & discharges, maintains resident care plans
  • Interviewing, hiring, staff scheduling, orientation, and evaluations of staff
Desired Skills:
  • Maintains courtesy and professionalism with Residents and family members
  • Ability to provide support & education to all staff
  • Knowledge of current federal and state laws
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
