Job Description

The University of Central Arkansas (UCA) is seeking a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor (9-month appointment) to join the School of Nursing. This on-campus role is designed for a doctoral prepared nurse educator who will shape the next generation of nursing professionals. The successful candidate will lead innovative educational programs, conduct scholarly research, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive academic environment.

Required:
Ph.D. in Nursing or DNP from a nationally accredited institution (Candidates within 3 semesters of completion will be considered). Current unencumbered Arkansas RN license. Significant practice experience, preferably in an advanced practice role. Demonstrated expertise in nursing education, pedagogical principles, and instructional methodologies at the undergraduate or graduate level.
