Evaluate student performance through assessments, practical demonstrations, and coursework reviews; provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with educational regulations and healthcare accreditation standards while maintaining accurate records of student progress and program documentation. Lead research initiatives related to nursing education methodologies or healthcare training innovations to enhance program quality. Skills Proven supervising experience in educational or clinical settings with a strong background in college faculty roles or healthcare administration. Expertise in curriculum design, development, and delivery across online instruction platforms such as Blackboard and Learning Technology tools. Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, patient care procedures, nursing practices, and clinical instruction techniques including teaching simulation methods. Experience working with post-secondary students in higher education environments; familiarity with working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds. Strong understanding of educational compliance regulations within healthcare education programs. Senior care Demonstrated ability to supervise staff or students effectively while fostering a positive learning environment focused on safety and excellence. Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for adult education and healthcare training.
